- Creating appealing ads that convert
- Understanding audiences and how to get their attention
- Understanding data and improving on it
- Researching to find trending topics relevant to our content
- Collaborating with the media buying team to maximize campaign results
- Working closely with the content team and sharing data to enhance results
- Pitching great ideas for original content
- Take full responsibility for the entire campaign lifecycle: research, create, monitor, and optimize.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an online marketing company as a creative or video editor - MUST
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut ) - MUST
- Creative, Goal-oriented, Problem solver, and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of creative marketing and trends in social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, Google
- Fluent English - Must. Native English - Advantage.
- Experience working with international audiences, specifically US
- Strong communication skills, team player, and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) - Advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and the ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and improve performance.
- Experience with the performance marketing industry - Advantage
