I was worried about the price at first, and then when we got it and saw it, I was even more concerned about what we spent. But my daughter has been using this for about a month and a half now and we are noticing a difference in her anxiety levels. She uses this during competitions and school dsys. She also says it is helping. We are encouraging her to use it three times a day even on days where she isn't feeling anxiety as recommended. Overall, this is well worth buying and their customer service is awesome as well!

While I have a lot of experience with meditation and deep breathing, there is something about having the device in your hand that is both grounding and practical. The only thing I would like is a three minute timer built in.

Calming But Overpriced
This is very helpful to reduce panic attacks and get your breathing back to normal. It is simple and easy to use although you want to practice using before a panic attack. The light and vibration let you know if you are using it correctly or if you are breathing too shallow. I often use without the scent because I am sensitive to chemicals and smells.

I’ve had mine for a few years now. It’s the perfect tool that is small enough to fit in a bag and quiet enough to use wherever. It learns your panicked breathing and helps you slowly bring that down to a much more calm pace by using lights and vibration. If you want it has essential oils to help as well. This has saved me from quite a few panic attacks. My favorite uses are when driving because it’s one of the hardest spots to calm down in cause you’re trying to hard to focus on driving. I love it during work when I can disappear to my car or the restroom for a few moments and come back much calmer. It works trust me. Nothing can put a price on stopping a panic attack for me.
