I was worried about the price at first, and then when we got it and saw it, I was even more concerned about what we spent. But my daughter has been using this for about a month and a half now and we are noticing a difference in her anxiety levels. She uses this during competitions and school dsys. She also says it is helping. We are encouraging her to use it three times a day even on days where she isn't feeling anxiety as recommended. Overall, this is well worth buying and their customer service is awesome as well!

United StatesI like the smell of the peppermint. But this does nothing for my anxiety. Cheaper to just buy some peppermints or peppermint oil.

United StatesAlready tried it, and it is awesome! What a great product. It will help with learning breath regulation, as well as definitely calming during stressful situations. I can see how it will be helpful to use at night when I am struggling to go to bed as well. This is going to be my go to product that I am taking with me everywhere I go! Thank you!
