How does CalmiGo work?
CalmiGo was specifically designed to guide
your brain to effortlessly turn off the “fight or
flight” response. It activates the
parasympathetic nervous system and
allows you to take control when you’re
feeling anxious.
What Techniques Does CalmiGo Use To Achieve Calm?
CalmiGo is based on a synergy of three established methods backed by science:
1
Personalized Breathing RegulationPersonalized exhalation prolongation activates the parasympathetic nervous system, thereby decreasing anxiety and balancing the stress hormone level.
2
Grounding3
Calming ScentsPersonalized exhalation prolongation activates the parasympathetic nervous system, thereby decreasing anxiety and balancing the stress hormone level.

CalmiGo Implement
These Techniques?
1
Personalized Breathing Regulation
- CalmiGo’s unique patented technology learns your breathing pattern and gently guides you to extend your exhalations with indicative lights and vibration cues when target length is reached.
2
Grounding
- While breathing, CalmiGo engages four senses: vision - feedback lights on the device, hearing - vibration at the end of exhalation, smell - calming scents, and touch - the overall feeling of the device.
3
Calming Scents
- CalmiGo uses calming scents to activate parts of your nervous system that induce relaxation and a calmer state. Our scented plates use a unique technology of solidifying pure oils that are non-GMO, organic, and vegan. There are no substances or drugs involved.
What Happens to the Body When Anxiety Kicks In?
When your “fight or flight” response is activated, it can have negative effects on your body. Symptoms can include:
- Tight Chest
- Muscle Tense
- Sweating
- Shortness of Breath
Our autonomic nervous system can be broken down into the parasympathetic nervous system and sympathetic nervous system.
PSNS
- The parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS) conserves our body’s natural activity, and relaxes us once an emergency has passed. It’s commonly thought of as the “rest and digest” system.
SNS
- The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) is activated when you’re stressed, in danger or physically active. For example, the SNS raises an individual’s heart rate in response to danger. This system is known as the “fight or flight” system.
The PSNS keeps the SNS in check when there’s no danger, and the SNS overrides the PSNS when a threat occurs.
The problem is that sometimes our SNS kicks in even when there is no real threat. This leads to high levels of anxiety and stress which can become chronic.CalmiGo activates the PSNS in just 3 minutes of use to effortlessly transition the body to the “rest and digest” mode and provide immediate calm without the use of drugs.
