WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect the following “Personal Information” in connection with the Service: your first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal addresses, your answers to periodic surveys, information and data related to your interaction with the Service, and (if you purchase a product on our website) shipping and payment information. In the event that we obtain your Personal Information from other sources, we may add it to the Personal Information that we have already collected from you in order to improve our products and the Service.

Please note that by posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through the Service, you are granting us a license to use the content of any such message, file, data, or communication.

We use Web Tracking Information to administer the Service and to understand how well our Service is working, to store your user preferences, to develop statistical information on usage of the Services, and to analyze the productivity of users of the Service. If you register and provide your email address, we may send you administrative and promotional emails, including newsletters. If you wish to opt out of newsletters and promotional emails, you may do so by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in the email.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE DISCLOSE TO THIRD PARTIES?
We may share your Personal Information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- When we have your consent to share your Personal Information.
- With a parent company, subsidiary, joint venture, or other company under common control with us in order to effect the Purposes.

WEB TRACKING INFORMATION
We disclose Web Tracking Information to Contractors, in order to analyze the performance of the Service and the behavior of users, and to operate and improve the Service. Certain Web Tracking information that is not correlated to individual user Personal Information, such as the popularity ranking of certain pages of the Service, may be published on the Service and so disclosed to all users of the Service. Dendro may disclose to its institutional and corporate subscribers how the users of the Service affiliated with the subscriber use the Service.
We may disclose aggregated data that does not contain Personal Information to third parties, such as potential customers, business partners, advertisers, and funding sources, in order to describe our business, operations, products, and services.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION?
PRIVACY SETTINGS/OPT OUT
If you would like your Personal Information or geographical location data permanently removed from our database, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete your account and you will no longer receive marketing emails from Dendro. We may ask you to provide a copy of your driver’s license or other identifying documents to assist us in processing your request. Your removal from the mailing list or database will not remove records of past transactions or delete information stored in our data backups and archives. If you opt-out of allowing Dendro to collect geographical location data, the performance of the Service may be affected and you may not be able to access certain applications within the Service. If you are a User accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, the organization may require Personal Information or tracking of geographical location data in order to deliver the Service. Data on past transactions and data stored in backups and archives will be maintained and/or deleted in the ordinary course of Dendro’s business. Dendro may still contact users who have deleted their information for administrative purposes. Please note that this opt-out process may take some time to complete, consistent with all applicable law.
ACCESS AND UPDATING OF INFORMATION
Dendro is happy to allow you to review, correct, add, or amend your Personal Information, email address, or other contact details held in our database, at any time. To do so, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
We do not market our services to residents in Europe, nor do we have a place of business in Europe. We are thus not subject to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Information and free movement of such Information, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). If you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), please be aware that if you voluntarily provide us any personal information, that information will be transferred from the EU to data centers located in the United States for processing.
Although we are not subject to the GDPR, we will honor your data privacy rights upon request. If you are an EEA resident, you have the right, as applicable under the GDPR, to the following:
- Request an accounting of Personal Information that we possess that pertains to you in an electronically portable format (e.g., electronic copies of information attached to an email).
- Request that we correct or update Personal Information that pertains to you.
- Request that we delete Personal Information that pertains to you.
- Fully or partially withdraw your consent to the collection, processing, and/or transfer of your Personal Information.

SHARING OPTION ON THE WEBSITE
On our website, we have implemented a “sharing” feature that allows our consumers to share product information and our website with their friends through social networking and other means. Should you decide to use our “sharing” feature through an e-mail, the e-mail address provided will not be reserved or saved in our directory or records to contact these individuals in the future - these email addresses will be used only to send that specific email.
