CRO Specialist

CalmiGo is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing team! You will use your technical skills and a strong analytical sense, to improve our conversion efforts along with our different user funnels and marketing channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Improve our site’s conversion and usability.
  • Manage A/B test setup and report testing results to communicate learnings and insights.
  • Manage various web analytical tools and prepare reports for metrics evaluation.
  • Map, measure, and optimize our various marketing funnels.
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for organic search, email, and paid media to optimize each conversion path.
  • Adapt CalmiGo’s offering for each audience through relevant content assets (landing pages, website, emails, SEO content, product templates), and continually measure their performance.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a CRO or a similar position, in a global company.
  • Proven experience in UX & UI – Must.
  • Experience with GA4 & GTM – Must.
  • Experience with B2C products – Must.
  • Strong analytical skills and Data-Driven mentality.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated fields, Advanced Formulas).
  • “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A team player.
  • Motivated self-learner who can catch up while working.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
