Executive Assistant and Office Manager - IL

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This is a full-time role that will involve a wide range of responsibilities to provide support to executives to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a hybrid role, located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in the company’s office.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and handle logistics for executive trips.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 2 year minimum experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience in office administration, including managing budgets, schedules, and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
